Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping with Faithful Beauty Creations! 

Faithful Beauty Creations ships all orders via USPS. You will receive an email update with your tracking number to the email provided once your order has shipped. 

Processing and Delivery Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 3 to 8 business days for destination within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders shipment may be delay a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays such as those caused by holidays or inclement weather may impact your shipping estimate delivery date.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update. 

Return/Damages

At Faithful Beauty Creations all sales are final. Unfortunately, due to most orders being personalized we are not able to resell your items if return. During your ordering process you will see your order put together and your approval will be inquired. 

Damages during shipping is something that unfortunately happens more often than none. Faithful Beauty Creations take pride in packaging your orders in the most safest way possible. Unfortunately, fragile stickers are not taken into consideration by the USPS and sometimes your items may result in damages. If your items arrive to you with damages please contact us via email and provide pictures of the damages. Faithful Beauty Creations will process a damage claim with the post office and will only refund 50% of your order. Although we understand that your hard earned money is spent to receive your items in good condition we at Faithful Beauty Creations have zero control on how packages are handled. We work hard to create your items and our time spent should also be taken into consideration.
